For a Swiss hospital, we are looking for a qualified registered nurse for an 80-100% position.

This role is aimed at nurses who want to work in Switzerland and are interested in a varied inpatient setting in internal medicine, hematology, oncology and nephrology.

Salary: CHF 70,000-95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and workload.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing nursing care for patients in internal medicine, hematology, oncology and nephrology units
  • Planning and carrying out nursing measures in an inpatient hospital setting
  • Monitoring patients’ health status and clinical progress
  • Documenting nursing activities, observations and care measures
  • Working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintaining high standards of nursing quality and patient safety
  • Actively contributing to an interdisciplinary treatment team

Your profile

  • Degree or diploma in Nursing or equivalent European qualification
  • SRK recognition or willingness to start the recognition process
  • Experience or interest in working in a Swiss hospital
  • Interest in internal medicine, hematology, oncology or nephrology
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Responsible, structured and patient-oriented working style
  • German skills for everyday clinical work, ideally at least B2 level
  • Motivation for continuous professional development
