For a Swiss hospital, we are looking for a qualified registered nurse for a 60-100% position in a medical outpatient clinic.

This role is aimed at nurses who want to work in Switzerland and are interested in ambulatory medicine, medical consultations, diagnostic procedures and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Salary: CHF 70,000-95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and workload.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing nursing care and support for patients in a medical outpatient clinic
  • Assisting with medical consultations, diagnostic procedures and ambulatory treatments
  • Coordinating patient care together with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitoring patients’ health status and clinical progress
  • Documenting nursing activities, observations and treatment processes
  • Maintaining high standards of nursing quality and patient safety
  • Actively contributing to an interdisciplinary outpatient care team

Your profile

  • Degree or diploma in Nursing or equivalent European qualification
  • SRK recognition or willingness to start the recognition process
  • Experience or interest in ambulatory medicine or outpatient clinic work
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Responsible, structured and patient-oriented working style
  • German skills for everyday clinical work, ideally at least B2 level
  • Motivation for continuous professional development while working in Switzerland
