For a Swiss hospital or medical institution, we are looking for a pediatrician or paediatrics specialist for an 80-100% position.

This role is aimed at doctors who want to work in Switzerland and are interested in paediatric care, clinical assessments, multidisciplinary collaboration and long-term professional development.

Salary: CHF 120,000-190,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and workload.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing paediatric consultations and clinical assessments for children and adolescents
  • Diagnosing and treating paediatric conditions in collaboration with other medical specialists
  • Monitoring and following up on patients’ medical care
  • Supporting children, adolescents and their families throughout the treatment process
  • Taking part in multidisciplinary clinical meetings and case discussions
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Contributing to the development of the medical service and the continuous improvement of clinical processes

Your profile

  • Specialist qualification in Paediatrics or equivalent European certification
  • Experience or strong interest in hospital or outpatient paediatrics
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary medical teams
  • Responsible, structured and patient-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills with patients, families and healthcare professionals
  • German skills for everyday clinical practice, ideally B2-C1 level
  • Interest in building a long-term medical career while working in Switzerland
