Physiotherapist Job in Switzerland (Lucerne)
What you will do
- Provide independent outpatient physiotherapy treatments focused on musculoskeletal and functional rehabilitation (back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, etc.).
- Design therapeutic exercise programs and clear progressions to accelerate recovery and prevent relapses.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate complex cases and ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Manage clinical documentation and track therapeutic goals in a structured way.
- Depending on your interests, contribute to specialised areas such as sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage or pelvic floor therapy.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor/BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification with SRK recognition (or advanced recognition process).
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, with a strong foundation in therapeutic exercise.
- Proactive professional with excellent patient communication and the ability to organise their own schedule.
- Functional German for daily work in the clinic (B2 recommended).
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
